Been playing this RPG for a while... how technology has evolved (sigh...) I recalled playing Ultima 4 (or was it 5?) whose graphics can not compare to Arvale. Best yet, Arvale runs on Palm handheld -- whose processor is more powerful then my PC back then...
Speaking of which... I've decided to buy a new PC! (Hey... a computer engineer without a PC?) The first PC that I ever bought using my hard-earned wage. Komputer yg sebelumnya, ya entah dibeliin my parents atau dari kantor.
I admit, bagian paling susah adalah nentuin motherboard mana yg mesti dipakai.
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ (Venice core) sih is an easy choice. 64-bit processor yg paling cost effective, dan salah satu yang mudah untuk dio/c. Nah, motherboardnya... yg ini begitu, yg itu begini... kompromi di sini dan di sana. (Masalahnya bukan di budget, tapi masalah prinsip ekonomi: getting the best from the least effort).
Tapi finally udah settled.
