Marketing: Marketing Job #1

One of the job that marketing must perform is to convert people from the stage of:

  • unawareness into desire,
  • desire into purchase,
  • purchase into repeat purchase,
  • repeat purchase into loyal customers,
  • loyal customers into brand advocate.

You have plethora of aspects that need to be managed for achieving that. To name a few: your positioning statement and your marketing mix.

But most importantly: your BRAND.
