Plan - Do - Check - Action - Anchor
Based on researches and their experiences Akos and Leo synthesised this management concept. We try to apply this PDCAA in boosting training and learning effectiveness. What it brings to the famous PDCA is that anchoring ensures what we learnt really sets in as new mindset and behaviour.
