It is often said that human capital is an organisation's precious asset. However, they never show up in any financial reports. I think the problem is: measuring the intangible was never easy... there is no exact measurement system...
I'm trying to help a friend who is really interested in this issue: measuring the human capital. I am doing a short research on how to do that.
